When Sam's Club decided to refresh their house brand, Member's Mark, they came to us for help. How can we show that Member’s Mark is undergoing more than just a facelift? How can we talk about the quality of the brand holistically, when we offer such a diverse product line? How can show the care and quality of their products and the benefit to Club members?
We studied the market, learned about their approach to sourcing, and came up with a simple solution that redefined their brand, elevating it to the fastest growing house brand in the US—in a single year's time.
