USPS wanted to demonstrate how mail — when used as a digitally integrated marketing tool — plays a significant role in creating an engaging, personalized experience that leads to action during various points of the journey.

Through our efforts, we got our audience to embrace this new mail reinvention, understand the importance of integrating digital with mail, and ultimately helped them see mail in a completely new light.
